Baselux Return Policy
1. Return policy for purchases directly from Baselux
Baselux's subscription model provides access to "board member"? features including but not limited to Baselux video conferencing software and the Baselux concierge service. Baselux's policy is to not provide refunds. This applies for purchases of physical items, subscriptions with physical media, and subscriptions without physical media (electronic download only).
2. Return policy for purchases not made directly through Baselux
Baselux cannot accept returns on any products that were not purchased directly from Baselux this includes but is not limited to, Baselux concierge services/products and Baselux classified ads. In these cases returns would be strictly governed by the terms between the customer and the indirect partner from whom the purchase was made
Upgrading a subscription is allowed. For details, please contact support@Baselux.com.
Downgrading a subscription is not allowed.
Policy for Billing or Service Adjustments
i) Price changes: If a product's list price is changed on Baselux's website, Baselux can only apply an adjustment to a customer's bill if contacted within 30 days from the original purchase date. This applies whether the price change is permanent or a promotion.
ii) Subscription start dates: Subscription start dates are governed by the original purchase date if not specified otherwise in contractual terms. Subscriptions purchased on-line will be activated immediately. Subscription start dates can only be adjusted in the case of a Baselux error.
